FINGERS CROSSED

The student exodus is underway but the end of year vacancy rate is miraculously hovering around zero.

Well 17.

And that's virtually zero to our hardworking and increasingly nervous Rental Agents who are worrying about their Christmas shopping budgets.

A rather stunning scenario given the unprecedented supply of new stock still pouring into the market.

Maybe my predictions of the Apartment Market on an upward run (finally!) are proving true.

Yes. That'll be a first.

To keep the service up we have recruited 10 new salespeople all of whom are earning 6 weeks before budgeted so the campaign restarted last week to get us up to capacity of 40 sales agents.

So if you're underpaid and frustrated consider being overpaid and frustrated and click through to introduce yourself.

Just don't be hurt if I can't remember your name for a while.

I turned 53 on Saturday but I only feel 50.

The sun is shining, the phones are buzzing, everyone's happy.

It's about time Cullen or the Reserve Bank Governor Bollard had another crack at bringing on that recession.

Have a wonderful November and remember to call the good guys first.

Yes, that's US!
