A WINTER CHILL

If you are over committed in the Apartment Market, NOW might be a good time to call us.

There is a chill coming over the Auckland residential market with our masters in Wellington hellbent on making you suffer.

The BNZ economist Tony Alexander wrote at the weekend that he is expecting Reserve Bank Governor, Dr Bollard, to CREATE a recession to dampen the dollar and bring down the value of your properties. He expects even further interest rate hikes.

It's that New Zealand madness again.

If you can remember working under Don Brash's regime it was like coping in an economy where one foot was hard on the brakes and one was hard on the accelerator.

It may be a time for caution – the irony being that the Auckland property cycle was going to peak this year in any case.

Call us anytime if you would like a “Visit Free Appraisal” at no cost to you.

(As we keep a library of every apartment floor plan we do not need to disturb you or your tenant to estimate current value).

And we currently have over 60 staff to serve you in sales, rentals and property management.

But call Mike Richards or Rowena Tinone because I am visiting my sister Liz in Venice but will be genuinely thinking of you all. Well sometimes.
