The city is hot and muggy and K'Rd smells but we're all back at work and eyeing those “Minimum Payment Due” lines on the Mastercards.
Don't they have holidays?
It seems only hours ago I was regailing all who would listen at the Christmas party as to how good December was and how Apartment values were firming.
I had even conned a journo into writing an article in the latest Property magazine that Apartments are really going to hit their straps over the next couple of years.
And they will.
But January is in its predictably sleepy state although the traffic is starting to pile up again.
Rentals are already solid so Sales will follow shortly.
