There are new faces at every Auction and the days to Christmas are starting to fly...why do they fly FASTER as you get OLDER??!!!
Please, if you are considering selling that suite remember the Auckland summers.
The lights simply go out mid December and, while the team at City Sales is back at full strength 10 January the likelihood of an actual settlement (the money) prior to March 2011 is not strong.
Only 3 Auctions are available prior to Christmas and clearance of Auction properties is always around 90% (recently 96%!!!!).
