Just had four days with old school mates in Noosa…….cloudless, still days and absolutely exquisite.
The boys did a two hour trek and a two hour bike ride every day, tinnies not coming out till after 4 where we watched breathtaking sunsets at 5 over the river.
The good part was I didn’t own the apartment (hope Matthew’s not reading this).
Values in this glamorous beach town are down 40%!!!!!
Mate Pete said he paid $480,000 for his Noosaville 2 bedroom apartment (no view but only eight complexes from the river) and if he wanted to sell it (fortunately he doesn’t) he couldn’t give it away for $300,000.
The boys should have bought in Auckland…but then I wouldn’t have the free holidays.
