CASE STUDY: Pre Launch Preview
For the marketing of 8B, Tower Hill Apartments, Apartment Broker Tina Bartlett wanted to launch with impact.
Before taking her 1 bedroom unit to market, she threw an exclusive pre launch preview with wine and cheese for colleague brokers to bring their buyers. This sneak peak created an exclusivity which in turn created urgency amongst buyers to register their interest.
The unit was staged beautifully and busy with brokers and buyers coming to preview prior to being advertised.
Through this, Tina managed to secure interest and excitement before the marketing goes to the masses, ultimately culminating in a high impact and clever campaign. We look forward to a great result when the suite goes to auction on 16 November.
