Up your game

The difference between a quick and painless, successful sale and a sale which drags on for months, upsets tenants and is stressful to all parties relies on three things:

  • Access
  • Price
  • Exposure

While access and price are generally understood by vendors, it’s the exposure or marketing or a property which can, in a competitive market, sort the men from the boys.

TradeMe and RealEstate.co.nz are your go to websites, but then depending on the type of buyer you are targeting there are countless other ways to supplement your base marketing. As purchases become more sophisticated and tech savvy, so do ways in which you can reach them.
