When the time came to sell our investment property we looked at a number of different agents. We decided to ask Scott to help us with the sale because of his friendly business-like manner and proposed marketing plan. Scott kept us fully informed of all open home visits and buyer inquiries. He worked very well with the tenant and made sure that open homes and other viewings were at times that suited the tenant. The property did not sell at auction, however Scott reassured us that although this was disappointing, he would still be able to sell the property for us. There were some worrying moments when two other apartments in the same building sold for amounts that in our view were too low. Scott assured us that these were aberrations and he would make sure our apartment would not sell below market value. His advice throughout the final negotiations always left us feeling in control. At no time did Scott try to push us in a direction just to get the sale completed. Instead it was clear that he was looking after our best interests and we ended up with a sale price we are very happy with. If we ever have another property to sell in Auckland we will definitely ask Scott to be our agent.

It would be remiss of me not to comment upon the interactions I had with two of your salespersons: Scott and Ryan. Both connected with me in tandem. When one or the other was busy one always made themselves available. Both were very accomodating with their time, were personable and were very knowledgeable about the apartment they were representing. In hindsight I was rather demanding about access and information about the Silo complex and 8a in particular. At no time was either agent disgruntled at this imposition on their time and their cheerful demeanour throughout belied their intimate knowledge of what they were marketing.
